Watchmen Trailer 2
karlhungus.com —
It's hard to describe what I felt when viewing trailer 2 for the upcoming Watchmen film. It was as if in one glorious moment I found God, my jaw slowly fell to the floor and a look of gormless astonishment crossed my face. There were even tears involved. I could go on and on about just how good it looks, how amazing the graphic novel is or how much I want to have Zack Snyders babies but lets be honest all anyone need do to convince themselves of just how good Watchmen could be is watch the trailer below. Enjoy. ...
New WATCHMEN Trailer Has Arrived! Who Watches the Watchmen? You will.
The Hollywood Interview —
Terry here - I've been waiting for this film adaptation of the world's greatest graphic novel since I was 18, and that was some time ago. My obsession with seeing this adapted got to the point that I nearly made a cheapo version of it on 16 mm in college. Anyway, this version from Zack Snyder looks like it might have been worth the wait. Enjoy! ...
Trailer Review: Watchmen (Trailer #2)
The Screengrab —
I somehow missed this trailer a few weeks ago, so apologies if posting it now feels like too little, too late. But I think the important thing is getting it out there for the other three people who didn’t know about it and are interested in the movie, so here you are. As trailers go, this one is actually more enticing than the first one (Philip Glass > Billy Corgan), although I’m still a little uneasy about the Zack Snyder factor. On the one hand, it’s nice to see him shooting on some physical sets this time around, instead of shooting 99% of the damn thing against CGI backdrops like ...
The Year in Trailer Review: Paul Clark's Favorite Trailers of 2008, Part 1
The Screengrab —
Later this week, I’ll be listing my favorite movies of 2008. But before I do that, I’d like to look back at the trailers from this past year that have made my job as Screengrab’s resident trailer guru worthwhile. Despite the lack of really world-beating trailers a la Buffalo ‘66 or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, I had no trouble finding seven trailers from 2008 that were pretty rockin’. In no particular order:
As a fan of the Watchmen graphic novels, I’m pretty conflicted about Zack ...
Trailer Watch: Watchmen
Addicted to Films —
I know. I know, the trailer has been out for awhile. And its not that I have just watch the trailer. Its just that since I've only started blogging after a long hiatus...I'm just only posting about the trailer now. Why...well because the Watchmen movie has come out with some of the best trailers I've ever seen. Its just looks awesome and cool...I really like the little slow motion thing they did for dramatic effect. The trailer has also made me want to watch the movie (rightly so...that's what trailers are suppose to do), one that I know very little about other than its adapted from a very popular graphic novel. And guess what, I have also ...
20 Spring Movies - Rodney`s Radar
The Movie Blog —
MSN Enterainment offered up a list of the 20 Movies to See This Spring and it quickly became obvious that these were just the 20 films to be released in the next month or two before the official “Summer Seaoson” hits instead of “THE movies to see” list.
So I figured I would list them with my anticipation radar rating out of five.
12 Rounds A movie with a wrestler as the star automatically loses a few pings on my radar. That and the vague similarity to the plot of The Marine (which I didn’t care for) but it has a decent premise for some good tense action with a testosterone ...
