Faithful reader David hipped us to this brand new Watchmen Poster courtesy of tiny internet search engine Yahoo.
A few things stand out - 1) They’re still selling the movie hard for that March release date despite the lawsuit that seems to hang nebulously midair just like The Comedian in this poster and B) They’re printing taglines as writing on the wall. Anyone care to call them out for copying The Spirit? Didn’t think so.

... on an event very early on in the comics, but we’re not going to spoil it here. It could be someone falling to their death, or a flying window repairman on his way up to a job.
With it’s almost frame exact recreation, will the Watchmen end up trying so hard to be faithful to the comics that it alienates those who haven’t read it? Probably not, but I like to throw seeds of doubt out there.
