... (via The Playlist). This actually looks fantastic, even better than I was expecting. It definitely seems like Taylor-Wood made the right choice picking Aaron Johnson to play Lennon and I'm also impressed by how quickly the young Thomas Sangster has grown up. He looks a lot older in this as Paul McCartney than he did in Love Actually. Whether you're a fan of The Beatles or not, I suggest you watch this trailer anyway. You'll find it below! ...

... as a young Paul McCartney, Sam Bell as a young George Harrison, and Kristin Scott Thomas as young Lennon’s maternal aunt and parental guardian. The film was written by screenwriter Matt Greenhalgh, who is responsible for penning maybe my favorite biopic of a musician – that being CONTROL, a film about Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis.
No word yet on when/if the film will jump across the pond into U.S. cinemas but I can’t imagine it not.
