Justin Marks, whose super-prison screenplay “Supermax” utilized wrongly accused DC icon Green Arrow as well as a giant cast of established DC supervillainy, is scripting “Suicide Squad.” I’m guessing Warner is moving ahead with this because of the strong early reviews for “Watchmen,” which also deals with unsavory superpeople.
