... regard I hope he has better luck this year. If he ever wants to win an Oscar, perhaps he should consider limiting himself to lensing one Oscar-bait film a year. Just a thought. I do think that the award right now is Benjamin Button’s for the taking, but I cannot be sure. A small part of me was hoping that Mandy Walker would get a nomination for “Australia,” and a separate small part was hoping for a “Milk” nomination. Wishful thinking perhaps, but come Oscar night, you never know. [ Awards Daily ]
