At first when I first heard about the posters yesterday they looked faked and didn't bother posting them but then all of sudden today EMPIRE claims to have an exclusive on one of the posters, which is a bit too late for that. So I guess they weren't fake posters after all. Thanks to 'Jamie' for the heads up. The poster are from UK, GERMANY, ITALY and AUSTRALIA. ... beam. They feature the same one or two images just photoshopped together differently, with different languages laid over them, again, save for the one at the bottom (which is awesome). One could call it lazy marketing, but then again we aren’t talking about 5 domestic posters here, these are going to be released in different countries — namely the U.K., Germany, Australia and Italy respectively.

The above poster from the UK is brought to us today by Empire. Not sure why, but it doesn’t do just a whole lot for me. I’m not too thrilled with the usage of the USS Enterprise under construction or Kirk on his motorcycle. Anyone else flashing on ‘Top Gun’ whenever you see that in the trailer?
‘Star Trek’ comes out on May 8th.
