Michael Moore is surely going to win over new converts with his sarcastically titled new documentary on the financial meltdown, "Capitalism: A Love Story." The doc is still scheduled for a October 2 release via Overture and Paramount. We still think, "Bailout" was a better title. The Oct 2 date is the same as Scorsese's "Shutter Island." I have to admit, I like it a lot more than the previously proposed “Save The CEOs”, which came from the clever and nontraditional teaser trailer Moore released in June. That, Variety informs us, is the title of Michael Moore’s latest, which you may remember remained nameless even through its own teaser trailer. So, simply by waiting this long, he evens turns the choosing of a title into a publicity opportunity. You sort of have to admire the way he plays the game, right down to his cornball blurb:

a political rant. skip if such things offend. I didn't write much about Michael Moore's Sicko when it came out but now I'm wishing I had. He's got a new film on the way Capitalism: A Love Story and that's a great idea for a follow up. One might even call it a sequel, though I doubt it's intended to be (more on that in a minute).
