MySpace has debuted this new poster for the Hughes brothers' The Book of Eli , opening in theaters on January 15. The film revolves around a lone warrior (Denzel Washington) who must fight to bring society the knowledge that could be the key to its redemption. Gary Oldman plays the despot of a small makeshift town who's determined to take possession of the book Eli's guarding. Mila Kunis, Ray Stevenson, Jennifer Beals and Evan Jones co-star. [image]

I remember reading or hearing something years ago about how Denzel Washington’s face is perfectly symmetrical right down the middle. I think Brad Pitt was on that list, as well, but only one of them have a poster for a film they are in upon which is that perfectly symmetrical face glaring off in to the distance like they’re about ready to chop someone’s hand off.

Here’s a new poster for the post-apocolyptic action film The Book of Eli, directed by the Hugh’s Brothers(From Hell/Dead Presidents). I was everything but wowed with what they showed us at Comic-Con. I’ll chalk that up to lack of sleep because ever since the amazing looking Second Trailer came out, I’ve definitely been on board for this.
