Thor is a God, after all, and some of the movie won't take place on Earth (at least if it's anything like the comic), and we don't know enough about the actors to even form a judgment on what they can bring to it. Plus, the last time Branagh directed a well-known literary figure for Hollywood, he cast Robert DeNiro as Frankenstein's monster. No thank you.
