It was so that THIS poster would look so much better!
I like the new one a lot better. The Asian theme is important since it is revolving around Chun-Li’s character. Furthermore, unlike the first one it actually FEATURES Chun-Li.
It comes close to doing the floating head thing I dislike much in most posters, but this is acceptable.
