Angels & Demons Movie Trailer
/Film —
Sony has released the full trailer for Ron Howard’s Da Vinci Code prequel Angels & Demons. I’ve said this before I’m a huge fan of the book. It’s better than the Da Vinci Code in almost every way, but, I’m not sure that either of Dan Brown’s Langdon books could be properly translated to the big screen. Much of the story in this series is told through conversations, code interpretation of puzzles and reveals of unknown history, all of which are inherently un-cinematic. And most people agreed that the television spot was one of the worst movie ads to air ...

‘Angels & Demons’ Trailer Brings The Intensity
Film School Rejects —
Remember The Da Vinci Code, Ron Howard’s first adaptation of a Dan Brown novel? It was boring. Long, slow and downright boring. And whether or not you liked the film, you can’t deny that it was dry. So it may come as a surprise to you that Angels & Demons, the second Dan Brown adaptation from Mr. Howard and his hetero-lifemate Tom Hanks (reprising his role as Robert Langdon), has unleashed a trailer that is super-intense. And in fairness, the intensity difference also exists between Brown’s two books — to say the least, “Angels & Demons” packs quite a bit more action, and ...
'Angels & Demons' Gets a Proper Trailer
Cinematical —
I'm not exactly sure what notes Ron Howard received from the studio following his adaptation of The Da Vinci Code, but I imagine it went something like, "More dead, bloody people hanging in churches!" Indeed, this time around -- for his adaptation of the Da Vinci prequel, Angels & Demons -- there appears to be a lot more ... creepiness. The first couple of teasers and TV spots did nothing to excite the summer movie watcher in me, but I have to say they did a bang-up job with this full-length trailer (watch it below, or in HD over at MSN). Tom Hanks reprises his role as Dr. ...

New Angels & Demons Trailer Actually Looks Pretty Good
Cinema Blend News —
New Angels & Demons Trailer Actually Looks Pretty Good I keep forgetting that Angels & Demons is one of the big summer movies that will be hitting us early in May. I assume that's because the promotional campaign has been fairly low-key thus far, assuming that anyone who saw The Da Vinci Code will see this one too. Abracadabra! Instant hit! So while it took a new trailer, available at MSN.com , to remind me that this movie exists, I have to admit I'm a little intrigued. I had no use for The Da Vinci Code at all, but this one seems likely to have less sitting around ...
